OUR VALUES
The CD NPS Core Values are an integral part of our club, setting our standard for behavior and performance. We are looking for players who are eager to learn and who live the core values of our program to help them become better players and better prepared people.
Mutual respect is the basis of sport and life. We always conduct ourselves with honesty and integrity. We earn the respect of others in the way we conduct ourselves and respect everyone else we come in contact with; our teammates, our coaches, our teachers, our opponents, supporters and referees. We value the facilities we use and treat them with consideration.
We include everyone. We believe in each other's ability and experience and we work together to get the best out of each other and learn from each other. We play together! Working for the team, not just for us.
